Publication Fee
Insights (Bhalwal) International Journal of Humanities, Management, and Social Sciences (IIJHMSS), published by the Global Heritage Research Center for Languages and Literature, is committed to advancing high-quality scholarly research through a fully open-access publishing model. Under this model, all published articles are freely and permanently accessible to readers worldwide without subscription fees or access restrictions. By removing financial barriers to access, the journal promotes the wider dissemination of research, enhances academic visibility, and increases the global impact of scholarly work.
To maintain the quality, integrity, and sustainability of its publishing services, the journal operates through an Article Processing Charge (APC). The APC supports manuscript processing, editorial management, double-blind peer-review coordination, professional copyediting, typesetting, digital publication, website maintenance, long-term archiving, indexing services, and other essential publication activities. It also contributes to the continuous enhancement of the journal's editorial and publishing standards.
Financial Policy
IIJHMSS is committed to providing equal publishing opportunities for researchers regardless of their institutional affiliation or financial circumstances. No submission fee is charged at the time of manuscript submission. This policy encourages broad participation from the international research community by eliminating financial barriers during the review process.
The Article Processing Charge (APC) becomes applicable only after a manuscript has successfully completed the double-blind peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication. Authors are required to pay the APC only after receiving an official acceptance notification from the journal.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
National Authors (Pakistan): PKR 25,000
International Authors: USD 150
Payment Instructions
Upon formal acceptance of a manuscript, the corresponding author will receive an official invoice specifying the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC). The invoice will include complete payment instructions, available payment methods, and banking details to ensure a secure, transparent, and convenient payment process.
The APC model adopted by IIJHMSS supports the sustainability of its open-access publishing system while maintaining the highest standards of editorial quality, publication ethics, and scholarly excellence. By applying publication charges only after manuscript acceptance, the journal ensures fairness, transparency, and the continued dissemination of high-quality research for the benefit of the global academic community.
