Non-compliance with these guidelines may lead to manuscript rejection and may result in penalties, including the suspension or cancellation of publishing privileges by the competent authorities.
Reporting Standards
Authors must ensure that all information presented in their manuscript—including data, methods, findings, and interpretations—is clear, accurate, and well-documented. Deliberate falsification, fabrication, or misrepresentation of data or findings constitutes a serious violation of ethical publishing practices and will not be tolerated.
Originality of Research and Plagiarism
Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript. Authors must ensure that their submission is entirely original. Where the work or ideas of others have been used, they must be properly cited and referenced. Authors must:
Use quotation marks for directly quoted material.
Properly attribute paraphrased ideas or concepts.
Ensure the similarity index does not exceed 19%, as per the plagiarism policy of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Declaration and Certificate of Originality
Each submission must be accompanied by a declaration letter signed by the author(s), certifying the following:
The manuscript is their original work.
It has not been published previously.
It is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
In the case of co-authored papers, all authors must agree on the authorship order and the content of the submission.
This declaration is a mandatory requirement and forms the basis for processing the manuscript further.
Prohibition of Simultaneous Submissions
Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time is unethical and violates the journal’s submission policy. If such misconduct is detected, the manuscript will be rejected immediately, and the corresponding author may face a ban on future submissions.

Clearly cite all works that have influenced their research.

Exclude individuals who did not contribute directly to the research.
Guest authorship or honorary authorship is not allowed and violates the journal’s ethics policy.

Any disclosure of identity must be justified and approved by the concerned individuals or ethics board.
